Biography
Ken Gwinner, AIA has more than four decades of experience in design, construction, facilities and program management, distinguished by many years leading major capital programs from the client’s side of the table.
That client-side perspective enables Ken to anticipate owner needs, evaluate issues through the lens of cost, schedule, operations and long-term value, and help Brookwood ensure that the project management process remains firmly aligned with the client’s objectives.
